Automatic Reports

You can set up automatic email reports in the "Reports" section:

On the Business and Agency plans, you can configure report distribution to different email addresses with various sets of accounts. In the campaign settings, you need to grant LiveDune access to the necessary emails and set up a list of accounts for each email to be included in the weekly report.

The report is divided into two parts: statistics for your accounts and for competitor accounts (all external accounts from the Dashboard). The metrics are presented for the previous two weeks, and the changes are automatically calculated.

The email contains buttons to download the report in the desired format, either Excel or PDF, allowing you to instantly download the weekly or monthly report directly from the email.

Contents of Automatic Social Media Reports

In the automatically generated weekly and monthly reports from LiveDune, you will find the following charts:

  • Subscription/unsubscription trends for the specified period.

  • Outgoing subscription trends.

  • Engagement dynamics (ER and ERR).

  • Best and worst posts by interactions and reach.

  • Best and worst stories by interactions.

  • Average story reach based on its type: image or video.

  • Follower activity—average number of interactions on posts depending on the time of publication.

  • Users online—times when the largest number of followers were active in the last week.

  • Reach and view trends.

  • Performance of different post types: images, carousel, video.

  • Hashtag effectiveness.

  • Effectiveness of post text length.

Data in reports may vary across different social networks.

To ensure that monthly reports are exported, the account must be actively monitored by LiveDune. Otherwise, data will not be collected by the service, and you will receive an empty report at the end of the month.
