Retrospective and Dynamics

Some data is available on the service in Retrospective, while some dynamic data is collected only under certain conditions.

Data such as posts, likes, comments, reach, and views will be available in retrospective. This data is always available, no conditions need to be met.

Data such as:

- follower dynamics
- ER dynamics
- stories
- mentions
- audience data
- reactions by day
- reaction to post
- unfollows
- Views graph (for YouTube)

Are collected only from the moment they are added to the Dashboard and with an active plan. Unfortunately, social networks do not provide us with this data for past periods.

This means, if the account is not on anyone's Dashboard or it has been but the payment ended or the connection with the social network was interrupted - data collection stops.

Let's consider an example:

In the indicated period, the account was not on the service of any user with an active plan on the Dashboard, so there is no data. When clicking the Why? button, a window opens:


Additionally, the graph may look like this:

Until June 21, the account was not on the Dashboard, and data was not collected. On June 21, someone added it, and data collection started. When clicking on More Details, an article opens.

Other graphs that are not available in retrospective and will only be built if the account is on the Dashboard with an active plan:

Reactions to post (average) graph:

Here the average number of reactions to a post is calculated. It is calculated once a day based on the median of the last 20 posts.

In the screenshot, we see that the account was added to the service on October 19, it was not tracked before, so there is no data before October 19.

Engagement Rate graph:

Each point represents a day, data is calculated daily based on the last 20 posts. Promoted posts are not taken into account.
