Autoposting

The Autoposting module helps plan and publish posts on Instagram, Telegram, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok from a single service.

Autoposting is available in all tariff plans without any functional restrictions.

We work through the official APIs of social networks. It is absolutely safe for your accounts, and no proxy servers are needed.

Features of Livedune Autoposting:

  • Multiposting — the ability to plan publications in one window across multiple social networks with different content, saving resources and increasing efficiency.

  • Teamwork — the possibility to discuss and approve the content to be published in one window with colleagues or clients. Such collaboration helps increase efficiency and save time. Read more about teamwork here.

  • 4 types of publications — posts (VKontakte, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, Odnoklassniki, LinkedIn, TikTok), VK Stories (for VK accounts), IG Reels (for Instagram accounts), IG Stories (for Instagram accounts).

  • Built-in photo editor — if you need to edit an image, add filters, or perform color correction, you can use the photo editor.

  • AI Assistant — a neural network that will compose the post text or gather content ideas for you. A handy tool that helps save time on searching and structuring information. All you need to do is edit the text, and the post is ready. (AI Assistant is only available in Business and Agency plans)

  • Selection of the best time for posting based on data from your account.

  • Analysis of published content using categories.

Getting Started

To start using the Autoposting module, you need to add accounts to the Dashboard, both your own.

Click the “Add Account” button on the right side of the page.

A list of accounts added to the Dashboard as your own will appear. Select the desired one and activate autoposting for it.

If the desired account is not on the Dashboard, it can be added directly in the autoposting module. Click on the toggle icon—“Add Account” and follow further instructions.

Telegram accounts in the Autoposting module need to be added separately. These are the rules of the social network itself.

Detailed instructions for adding an account can be found here

Once at least one account is added to the Autoposting module, the Account Settings will be available. On the top panel of the module, click on the tick next to the project names to open the menu.

In this menu, you can Manage Projects and Select Accounts for Autoposting.

By clicking on the Select Accounts button, you can:

  • activate accounts that were not previously added to this module or add a new account;

  • disable accounts that are not needed in Autoposting.

To activate the desired account, toggle the switch to the blue position.

By clicking Manage Projects, you can:

  • move accounts between projects;

  • change the order of projects;

  • add a new project by clicking the + button.

Changes in this section will also be displayed on the Dashboard.

Interface and Navigation

In the top left corner, there are 3 tabs:

Calendar - here you can see the grid of scheduled posts (period: week/month)

By default, the calendar view is set to monthly.

Hovering over a post displays information about it. By clicking the button on the left, you can filter posts by categories and types.

Weekly view looks a bit different:

By clicking on the arrows, you can navigate through dates.

Feed - the second option for displaying scheduled and published posts with previews.

On Instagram, posts are displayed as a grid, while on VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram, they appear as a traditional feed.

We have tried to make the feed and grid appearance similar to social networks,

so that the post preview is as close as possible to what it will look like on the social network itself:

Hovering over a post will show 3 buttons:

  • View Statistics — opens a window with detailed post statistics.

  • View Post — redirects to the post on the social network account.

  • Duplicate Post — moves this entire post, with text, picture, and other information, to the post creation section. With one move, you can reschedule this post if necessary.

Draft — all saved but not published posts are stored here:

  • If you want to delete a post, click on the trash can icon.

  • If you want to edit or publish a post, click the pencil icon to edit and schedule publication.

  • If you want to duplicate a draft, for example, to save the original version and create a new one based on it, click the icon between the pencil and trash can.

In the center, you can see the avatars of the accounts of the selected project.

  • By clicking on them, you activate the display of posts for this account in the autoposting calendar. After that, they will be highlighted (a blue stripe will appear under the icons).

  • When planning a post, it will be scheduled for the selected accounts.

In the top right corner, there is a post creation button

The Create button will open the post planner. The tick next to it will show the available types of posts:

Post Formats

On the service, you can publish the following post formats:

  • Posts (VKontakte, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, Odnoklassniki, LinkedIn)

  • VK Stories (for VK accounts)

  • IG Reels (for Instagram accounts)

  • IG Stories (for Instagram accounts)

  • TikTok (Post, Duet, Stitch)

With the Duet function, you can film your own video and post it together with another author's clip from TikTok. The screen in the duet is split in half, and videos from both authors play simultaneously.

Stitch is a tool that allows you to merge another TikTok video with the one you are creating. If you allow someone to use your video, they can take part of your video as part of their own.
TikTok allows using other users' content to create video responses, remixes, and publish them on your account. This feature, which literally means “stitching,” allows merging different videos.

We are constantly improving our Autoposting, striving to make it more functional and convenient!
