How LiveDune Works

Overview of the interface: What is the Dashboard, decoding of indicators, credits for deletion, creating projects.

After registration and adding accounts, you will land on the main page:

This is the information panel and the main workspace of the service. Accounts are updated here every hour. By clicking on an account's nickname, you will be taken to the extended account statistics.

On the right side of the page, you will find the main metrics of the account. Changes in indicators are indicated by small numbers. If a metric has increased, there will be a "+" sign before the number, and the number itself will be green. If it has decreased, there will be a "-" sign, and the number will be red. The default period is the current month. You can set your own period in the upper right corner of the screen.

Add your account through social network authorization by clicking the + button, and then Add your account.

Next, you need to click on the icon of one of the social networks and complete all the required steps.

If you encounter difficulties adding your account, the instructions will help you.

In this section, you can also see how many accounts you have already added and how many slots remain. The Increase limit button allows you to purchase additional slots, additional accounts.

This might be useful if you have added the maximum number of accounts allowed by your plan to the Dashboard, but you need to continuously monitor the statistics of another account. In that case, you can:

1. Increase the account limit on the Dashboard for an additional fee.
2. Delete a less prioritized account and add a new one.

You have deletion credits for removing accounts from the Dashboard.

One credit equals one opportunity to delete an account from the Dashboard. The number of available credits equals the maximum number of accounts on the Dashboard in your tariff plan. For example, if you have the Business plan for 5 accounts, you will have 5 deletion credits per month.
You can use them all in one day or throughout the month. Credits do not accumulate and are restored exactly one month after being used.

Adding another person's account from any social network is done via a link by clicking on + and then Add another person's account.

Paste the link to the desired account, choose a project for the account to be added to, and click Find.

LiveDune will find the account, and you will only need to click Add.

Next to the Add accounts button, there is the Analysis module:

It allows you to view account statistics without adding them to the Main page. You can find accounts by username or link (Instagram accounts can be found by both username and link, other social network accounts only by link).

More details about this module can be found here

Account Settings

By clicking on the wrench icon, you can select the metrics you are interested in. If you check Use period when switching to account, when you click on the account's nickname and navigate to the extended statistics, this period will be set automatically.

Next to the wrench icon is the Select accounts: button

In this section, you can select multiple accounts and delete them. You can also send these accounts to the Comparison module.

There is also a button Select tags to the left of the wrench icon:

By clicking on a tag, you will see the accounts marked with the selected tag:

Create a tag by clicking on the settings wrench of any account on the right side of the page:

Here, you can also tag an account with an existing tag, Delete an account by clicking on the trash icon, and assign the account to a specific project.

Projects

Creating projects is done by clicking the + button and then Add project in the upper left corner of the page:

After clicking the Add project button, a window will appear:

You need to enter the project name, select its location, and click Add.

By adding a project, you create a folder to group specific accounts. To place a specific account into a specific project, click the wrench icon next to the account and select the project.

Besides the Main page, LiveDune offers other features. You can see them in the left column:

Following the Statistics module is the KPI module:

The KPI module allows you to set KPIs for each account and track progress by months, quarters, and years. Currently, KPIs can be set for reach, ER, ERR, likes, followers, new followers, comments, saves, shares, posts, stories. More details about the module's functionality can be found in the article.

Next is the Comparison section:

This tool allows you to quickly compare the dynamics of several accounts (brand/competitors) or one account across different periods. Simply put, it is a summary table showing changes in various metrics. More details about Comparison can be found here.

The next tool is Monitoring:

It includes monitoring of Comments and Direct Messages as well as Exporting comments from posts of your accounts and Mentions. This functionality is thoroughly described in the articles: Direct Messages and Comments.

Next is the Autoposting module:

The Autoposting service helps plan and publish posts (including simultaneously to several social networks) on Instagram, Telegram, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, Linkedin, and Tik-Tok from one service. Autoposting is available on all tariff plans, without functional restrictions.

We work through the official APIs of social networks. This is absolutely safe for your accounts and no proxy servers are needed.

A full description of the Autoposting functionality can be found here.

The penultimate module is Verification:

This section allows you to check Instagram accounts for fake followers. More information on how to work with this module can be found here.

The last section is the Payment section:

Here you can choose and pay for a tariff.

You can review the differences between tariffs by clicking on the Compare all tariffs button in the bottom right corner.

You can also find out how to pay as a legal entity. More details on the terms of working with legal entities can be found here.
