To add a Telegram channel to the Dashboard, you simply need the link to the desired Telegram channel.

Only public channels can be monitored.

Private channels are not available for addition.
​

All Telegram accounts are added to the Dashboard as external accounts only.

However, you can add Telegram as your own account in the Autoposting and Comment Monitoring modules for autoposting and comment monitoring.
