Notifications and Replies in Telegram
LiveDune allows you to set up notifications for comments and messages in Telegram and reply to them through Telegram.
To do this, go to the Monitoring module, click on the 3 dots, and select the Notification Setup section:
A section will open where you can set up separate Telegram channels for notifications for each account.
To add your first Telegram for notifications, click "Add tg account" as shown in the screenshot below
After clicking the Add TG account button, you will be prompted to go to Telegram and log into our bot's account:
Next, follow the bot's instructions. Enter the command /start:
Then, you will need to enter the email with which you registered and work in LiveDune, in the format /set [email protected]. Here's an example:
Afterward, return to the Notification Setup section in LiveDune and select the Telegram you added next to the desired social media account:
The field will be active only for accounts where the toggle is blue. This means the account is connected for monitoring in LiveDune, and you can choose a Telegram for it.
You can configure notifications separately for comments and messages by choosing a different Telegram account for each module.
Done! Now notifications about Comments and/or Messages will come to your Telegram, and you can reply to them there!
Connected Telegram accounts can also be found in the LiveDune Account Settings:
