Comment Monitoring
Comment monitoring in LiveDune can be integrated for Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte, and Telegram.
Once you have connected an account for comment monitoring, data collection begins. Each new comment will be displayed in LiveDune. Unfortunately, old comments cannot be retrieved.
Comments are cleaned based on plans: 3-6-12 months
Limit of 2000-5000-10000 comments. For example, if you have a Business 6-month plan, no more than 5000 comments are available.
The comment limit indicates the number of comments displayed under a post.
The first thousand comments are loaded, then you will be offered to download the rest in Excel.
In the Posts section, the latest posts with comments are displayed:

Data Retention Period
Blogger plan stores 2,000 comments for 3 months
Business plan stores 5,000 comments for 6 months
Agency plan stores 10,000 comments for 12 months.
For example, if you have a Blogger plan, comments older than 3 months are deleted.
If 2001 comments are monitored under the Blogger plan, the first comment will be deleted while the latest one is displayed.
