Payment

We offer 3 pricing plans:

  • Freelancer (Blogger) (up to 5 social media accounts)

  • Business (from 5 to 25 social media accounts)

  • Agency (three types of plans: for 100, 200, and 300 social media accounts)

You can compare plans, choose a plan, and pay by card on the Payment page.

Payment Methods

We accept payments by 3 methods:

  • Bank card

  • Yandex Pay

  • Non-cash payment as a legal entity

Unfortunately, payment via QIWI wallet or YooMoney is not available.

Currency for Payment

Payments can be made in 3 currencies: Rubles, Dollars, and Tenge. You can select the currency in the top right corner on the payment page.

Payment Period

You can subscribe for 1, 6, or 12 months.

We offer a 10% discount for a yearly subscription.

The discount for invoiced payments is maintained for tax residents of Russia and Kazakhstan.

Number of Accounts in a Plan

You can choose the number of accounts in a plan, and the cost will be adjusted proportionally to the selected number of accounts. If a specified number of accounts cannot be selected for a plan, the price and the number of accounts in that section will remain the same.

1 account is one social media account. For example, one Instagram account.

For instance, the Blogger-5 plan includes 5 accounts, Business-10 includes 10 accounts, etc.

In the Blogger (Freelancer) plan, you can have up to 5 accounts.

In the Business plan, you can have from 5 to 25 accounts.

In the Agency plan, you can have 100, 200, or 300 accounts.

The price changes proportionally to the number of accounts in the plan.

Payment as a Legal Entity

You can request an invoice via chat or email ([email protected])

Invoices are issued for a minimum of 6 months. You can only pay for the Agency plan for one month by invoice.

LiveDune provides all necessary documents for legal entities such as closing documents, reconciliation acts, etc.

Plan Comparison

Each column for each plan has a brief description of the features:

Accounts on Dashboard - the number of accounts you can add to the Dashboard and monitor continuously.

There are tooltips next to the features:

Analysis without Adding - the ability to view statistics of other accounts without adding them to the Dashboard, through the search bar at the top of the page.

Price per Month - the monthly cost if you pay for a plan for 1/6/12 months. For example, with a one-month payment, there are no discounts. With a 12-month payment, a 10% discount applies.

Users - the number of user accounts that can be connected to the service and use the plan together. In the Blogger plan, it is one account, meaning only you can use the plan. Adding employees is not available in this plan. In the Business plan, there are 2 accounts by default: you and one additional person. The Agency plan has 5 accounts by default: you and 4 others.
The limit of employees can be increased for the Business and Agency plans - 300 Rubles per additional employee per month, calculated until the end of the plan. Details about the Employees section here.

Data Available for - the maximum period for which account statistics will be available. In the Blogger plan, you can view data only for the last year. For example, if today is 01.01.2022, and you subscribe to this plan, you won't be able to see statistics before 01.01.2021. In the Business plan, statistics are available for the last 3 years, and in the Agency plan, for the last 5 years.

Note: If an analyzed account was not on the Dashboard during the specified statistics period, such data as subscriber dynamics, unsubscriptions, stories, and mentions will not be available. They are collected only while the account is on the Dashboard of a user with an active plan. More about Retrospective and Dynamics in this article.

Blogger Checks - the number of checks for fake followers in the Check module that you get with the plan. With the Blogger plan, checks are not provided and can be purchased separately in the Check module. For the Business and Agency plans, checks are calculated as follows:
Number of accounts * 10 * number of months. That is, the number of accounts in the plan is multiplied by 10 and by the duration of the plan (1/6/12 months).

Example:
Business plan for 8 accounts for six months.
8 * 10 * 6 = 480 checks.

After the plan period ends, the checks provided with the plan will expire. For example, if you paid for the Business or Agency plan for 12 months on 01.01.2022, the checks will expire on 01.01.2023. Only checks purchased separately in the Check section do not expire.

Let's discuss each remaining point in detail:

Statistics of Any Account - the feature to view statistics of accounts without adding them to the Dashboard: Quick Analysis. It's only available in the Business and Agency plans.

Account Comparison - a module that allows you to compare account statistics with each other. It is available in all plans. More about Comparison here.

Reports - indicates in which formats you can download reports in different plans. The only difference is that the Blogger plan does not allow exporting reports to Google Presentations.

Comment Monitoring - the ability to respond to comments and messages from social networks in a single window. This functionality is available in all plans. More information: Comments and Direct.

Comment Export - the ability to export comments under posts from your accounts. The limits (100 thousand, 500 thousand, and 5 million) indicate the total number of comments. For example, in the Blogger plan, you can export 10 thousand comments from 10 posts. Article on Comment Export here.

Auto-posting - allows planning and auto-publishing posts to one or more social networks simultaneously. Available in all plans. Description: here.

KPI Statistics - access to the KPI section in the left menu is available only in the Business and Agency plans. This section helps to track various goals. Article on KPI here.

Comment Sentiment Analysis - statistics on the emotional tone of comments in your accounts. Sentiment analysis is performed by the Olga Stanislavovna neural network.

Ad Statistics (only for Instagram) - in the Business and Agency plans, you can connect your ad account in the Advertising tab and receive data along with ads, and also view detailed advertising statistics from Facebook Ads Manager.
In the Blogger plan, you can also connect the ad account, and all statistics will be displayed with Ads, but detailed statistics on promo posts and ad campaigns in the Ad tab will not be available.

API - LiveDune allows exporting account statistics directly via official social media APIs. This is only available in the Agency plan. More about API here.

Auto Payment

After each self-payment of the plan, auto-payment is automatically activated.

Auto-payment activates by default to ensure continuous data collection for statistics. If you don't activate auto-payment, data collection will stop when the plan ends.

You can always disable auto-payment in the Account Settings in the Payment section. Click the 3 dots next to the "Add Card" button and select "Disable Auto-payment".

Refund

If funds were automatically deducted, but you did not want this, you can always request a refund. The auto-payment refund is 100% according to the offer.

To request a refund, write to the chat on the site or email [email protected].

Refunds are processed on Mondays.

Refunds can only be made to the card from which the payment was made. Even if the card is blocked, the account will still be open, and funds will be credited to it. Transferring to another account is not possible - this is a bank rule.

Auto Payment After Trial Period

After activating the Trial period, Auto-payment is enabled. Information about this is stated in the offer.

The day after the Trial period ends, an automatic deduction occurs, depending on the number of accounts added to your Dashboard:

  • from 0 to 5 - Blogger-5 for a month

  • from 6 to 10 - Business-10 for a month

  • from 11 to 15 - Business-15 for a month

  • from 16 to 20 - Business-20 for a month

  • from 21 to 25 - Business-25 for a month

  • from 26 to 100 - Agency-100 for a month

  • from 101 to 200 - Agency-200 for a month

  • from 201 to 300 - Agency-300 for a month
