Account Settings

Customizing the ER formula, setting up a weekly report, granting access to employees, and more.

The Settings section is located here:

General

The first tab in the Settings section is General:

Aggregation function allows you to choose the method for calculating the average response time to comments: by arithmetic mean or median.

If you check the +1 day in follower dynamics charts box, the "Followers" chart will show data for a period 1 day longer.

If you uncheck the Display Express Audit box, the following module will disappear

Also, in the General tab, you can enable two-factor authentication via email for your account. We recommend doing this because security is paramount.


Display YouTube channel aliases:


If you activate this setting, YouTube channels will display their aliases instead of nicknames.


Notifications

Here you will find settings related to Telegram channel integration, especially the Comments section.

This section pertains to Telegram, which you connect in the Monitoring section, to receive notifications about Comments and Messages. By clicking the Add new Telegram account button, you will be prompted to move to Telegram, to our bot, and follow a few steps.

Once you connect the Telegram for notifications, it will appear in the list

Statistics


Employees

The Employees section allows you to share access with colleagues, employees, or clients.

On the Blogger plan, only 1 account is available; the Business plan includes 2 accounts, and the Agency plan includes 5 accounts.

You can grant access rights only to the needed accounts and service tools. If an employee leaves, you don't need to change the password; just disable their account. You can also grant access to a client (customer) to view their account statistics or track the progress of meeting KPI goals.


To invite a user to your company:

1. Send them a registration link to the service

2. After the employee registers with the service, you can invite them to the company. To do this, click "Add Employee":

3. Provide their email, name, and position, and select which modules and projects they need to access:

  • Account Statistics — access to the Dashboard, Quick Analysis, and Comparison modules.

  • Auto-posting — ability to schedule delayed posts.

  • Monitoring — access to the Comments and Direct modules.

  • Influencer Check — ability to check accounts for like and follower purchases.

  • KPI — access to monitoring the key performance indicators of your projects and accounts.

  • Payments — ability to pay for the service.

  • Account Management — ability to add and remove accounts from the Dashboard.

  • Project Management — ability to add and remove projects from the Dashboard (with access).

4. Next, click "Add". An invitation will be sent to their email.

5. Until the user accepts the invitation (via the personal account or the link in the invitation email), their status will be "User Invited".

If the employee confirms the invitation, their individual access rights will be displayed. If you want to change the rights or remove the employee's access to the account, click on the three dots and select "Edit" or "Remove Employee".

You can grant access to specific modules and projects on the Dashboard.

After creating a new project on the Dashboard, you can immediately mark which employees will have access to it. Click the three dots next to the project — "Settings" and toggle the corresponding switch for the employee to grant access. Every Monday and on the first day of the month, the user will receive a report for the accessible project by email.

This feature is available on the "Business" and "Agency" plans. The "Business" plan includes 2 users, and the "Agency" plan includes 5 users. When the limit of added employees is reached, additional seats can be increased (300 rubles per access per month).

The "Business" plan includes 2 users (administrator + employee). The "Agency" plan includes 5 users (administrator + 4 employees). If this is not enough, you can purchase additional seats.


To do this, add the maximum number of employees allowed by your plan and then click "Add Employee". In the pop-up window, select the number of additional seats needed and pay for them. The cost per seat is 300 rubles per month, charged until the end of the tariff's validity. After payment, click "Add Employee" again, fill in the required fields, and invite the user.

If more than 2 people are logged into the account, the session of working with the service as a registered user will terminate.

API

The API tab allows you to export data through our API. This functionality is available only on the Agency plan. The API tab is available only to the Administrator and is not accessible to employees.

Upon entering this section, you will see an access token, which you need to use for exporting data. The exported data can be imported into Google Data Studio.

After making payments, all transactions will be displayed here

Auto Payment is activated automatically when paying for the trial period or one of the plans. This information is specified in the offer.

To submit a refund request, you need to contact LiveDune support.
