KPI

The KPI module in LiveDune allows you to set KPIs for each account and track progress by months, quarters, and annually. Currently, KPIs can be set for reach, ER, ERR, likes, followers, new followers, comments, saves, reposts, retweets, posts, and stories.

The KPI module is only available for Business and Agency plans.

KPI can be set for Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, YouTube, VKontakte, TikTok, LinkedIn.

To set KPI for the first time, you need to go to the KPI module in the left menu:

If there are no accounts on the Dashboard, you will be prompted to add your account.

If there are accounts available for setting KPI on the Dashboard, the section will look like this:

You need to activate the gray toggle by making it blue, and then click the Activate button.

Then, you need to set the metrics. You can manually enter any parameters for past periods. Also, indicators will appear automatically when the execution period is over:

With retrospective data, you can see KPI completion for the last 5 years in the "Agency" plan and the last 3 years in the "Business" plan.

To select important metrics for you, click the gear icon or the Select metrics button:

Using toggles, you can choose which metrics will be displayed in the KPI module.

You can input a target in any empty field in the Plan column:

Using the Goal Achievement Dynamics button, you can go to an overall view of the main KPIs for all connected accounts:

Here, the main metrics are displayed in a mini-version for the current month, quarter, or year. Green circles indicate achievement or exceeding the target, while red do the opposite.

By clicking on Change period in the top right corner, you can set the desired time frame. Next to it is a small toggle - the Account Management button, which allows you to connect/disconnect accounts from the module and add new accounts.

Using the More details button, you can return to the KPI section for a specific account.

There is no way to download this data for now.
