Registration and Trial (Trial Period)
In this article, we will provide detailed information about registering on the service and the trial period.
Trial Period
Immediately after registration, you will be able to purchase a 7-day trial period of the Business plan with some restrictions:
User invitations are not available,
Export of comments and reports is not available. Sample reports can be seen here
Statistics are available for only the last 30 days,
In the Analysis module, 10 queries are available for checking other accounts
The duration of the trial period is 7 days
The cost of the trial period is 1 RUB.
Data Retrospective
During the trial period, you can view a data retrospective for a maximum of the last 30 days.
For earlier periods, statistics will only be available with the paid Business plan for 3 years and the Agency plan for 5 years. With the Freelancer (Blogger) plan, data will be available for only one year.
Promo Code
If you have a promo code, you can activate it during the registration process by clicking on the button "I have a promo code"
A window for entering the promo code will then become available.

How to Start Using
After entering your email and password, clicking the Create Account button, entering all the data, and answering a small test, you will land on this page:
You need to add any account, to get to the Dashboard, your LiveDune personal account.
In this section, any account will be added as someone else's. Later, it can be added as yours
We have two options for connecting accounts: as your own and as someone else's. On your own accounts, there is more advanced statistics, the ability to use Auto-posting and Comment and Message Monitoring, as well as Comment Export.
Connecting someone else's account, for example, a competitor or blogger, is done by clicking the "Add someone else's account" button, and then adding the link. The data available for other accounts is detailed here
To add an account as your own, click the "Add Account" icon, then the icon of the necessary social network, and grant all the necessary permissions for the service to work correctly.

After adding an account, you will land in the Statistics section. More information about its structure is provided here
Bloggers Check Module
During the trial period, blogger checks are not provided. You can purchase them separately in the Bloggers Check module.
However, you can receive 3 free checks. To do so, you need to add an Instagram account to the service as your own. Detailed information on how to do this is described here
The free checks you receive can be used to check Instagram accounts for fake followers. Detailed instructions on how to do this are provided on this page.
It is important that this account be added to our service for the first time ever.
You can receive checks for only one account once.
If you add an Instagram account as your own but it has been previously added to the service, free checks will not be credited.
Auto-posting
During the trial period, you can test our Auto-posting module, which allows you to schedule posts to be published on a specified date and time.

After activating the Trial Period, Auto-payment is enabled. Information about this is indicated in the offer.
The next day after the end of the Trial Period, automatic billing occurs, depending on the number of accounts added to your Dashboard:
from 0 to 5 - Blogger-5 for a month
from 6 to 10 - Business-10 for a month
from 11 to 15 - Business-15 for a month
from 16 to 20 - Business-20 for a month
from 21 to 25 - Business-25 for a month
from 26 to 100 - Agency 100 for a month
from 101 to 200 - Agency 200 for a month
from 201 to 300 - Agency 300 for a month
