Is your Instagram profile a business account?
If you're trying to connect a personal profile, you won't be able to do so because Livedune only supports connecting professional Instagram accounts (business accounts).
If your account is not a professional business account, you will need to change the account type.
Steps to Convert Your Personal Instagram Profile to a Business Account:
Open your Instagram profile through the app and tap the ≡ icon in the top right corner.
Tap "Settings and Privacy."
Go to "Business Tools and Settings."
Then, select "Switch Account Type" and choose to switch to a Professional Account.
Next, you need to select the type of professional account: Business or Creator.
Please note that to use the auto-posting feature, you must have a Business account.
Auto-posting via API is only allowed for Business accounts. The Creator account type does not support this feature.
