How to Link Instagram to Facebook
Users often confuse linking an Instagram account to their personal Facebook profile with linking it to a Facebook business page (community).
Linking to a personal Facebook profile only allows you to share posts from Instagram.
However, to work with the service, you need to link your Instagram account to a Facebook business page.
A business page represents your company or brand on Facebook.
It allows you to run advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Before You Begin
Make sure your Instagram account is a business account. To connect Instagram to a Facebook business page, your Instagram account must be set to Business.
If your account is not a professional business account, you should change the account type.

Your personal Facebook account must be an admin of the Facebook business page you want to link to your Instagram account.

If you don't have a Facebook business page, you can create one in the Instagram app or on Facebook.

Linking Through the Instagram App
Go to your Instagram profile.
Select Edit Profile.
In the "Public Business Information" section, select Page.
Tap Create Facebook Page or Connect an Existing Page.
Choose one of your Pages or tap Create Facebook Page.
When finished, tap Done.
Now your business account is linked to your Facebook Page.
If you don't see the Page you want in the dropdown menu, you may not be an admin of it.
Check the Page settings to ensure you have permission to add it to your Instagram business profile.
Linking Through Facebook
Log in to Facebook and switch to the Page you want to connect to your Instagram account.
In the left-hand menu, click on Professional Dashboard and select Linked Accounts.
To link the account, click Connect Account, enter your Instagram username and password, and then click Log In.
Now your Facebook business page is linked to your Instagram account.
To disconnect your Instagram account from your Page, select Unlink Account and click Yes, Unlink to confirm.
