How to Add an Account

We offer two options for connecting accounts: as your own and as someone else's (you do not have full access to it, for example, a competitor's account).

With your own accounts, you get extended statistics, the ability to auto-post, and monitor comments and messages.

You can add the following social media accounts for monitoring:

- Telegram (public channels)
- Instagram (business accounts and creator accounts)
- VKontakte (groups)
- Facebook (business pages)
- Odnoklassniki (groups)
- YouTube (channels)
- TikTok (only your own accounts)
- LinkedIn (only your own accounts)

Adding someone else's account is done via a link.

Click the + in the upper left corner, then select "Add Someone Else's Account", insert the account link in the input window, and the account will be added to the Dashboard.

Trial period limitation for Instagram

If you want to see statistics for someone else's Instagram accounts, you must first add your own Instagram account for monitoring.

If you activate a paid plan, you do not need to add your own Instagram account.

There are no such restrictions for other social networks.

To add an account to the Dashboard as your own, click the + button located in the upper left corner of the page. Then, choose “Add Your Own Account

Next, you need to click on the icon of the social network related to this account.

Adding accounts for any social network only happens through the official and safest method - authorization through social networks. This is the only and safest way to link accounts to third-party services.
